underseage tradies · recurring

Three care plans, not a menu of add-ons.

The build is a one-off. The plan is the business. Right now every customer lands on $49 a month and is never offered anything else, so the recurring line is capped before it starts.

204Clients needed at $49/mo

$0Recurring sold in the funnel today

That is the whole argument. Packaging roughly triples what a client is worth per month, so the number you have to sign drops from two hundred to about seventy. Same pipeline, same builds.

The offer

Each plan is a promise, not a feature list.

Named for what the tradie gets, in his words. Middle one is the one we sell, same shape as the build tiers.

Buying the parts: $297. Saves them $48/mo, one bill.
The line that sells it

Your own developer, for less than a tank of diesel.

Straight from your message, barely touched

"You never touch your website. Want a new photo, a new team member added, the text changed, new hours? Email your developer and it is sorted."

That is the whole middle tier in one sentence, and it is better than anything I would have written. It sells relief, not features. Most tradies have a website they are quietly embarrassed by because changing it means ringing someone, and they never do.

Protecting your time

Only package what scales.

The fastest way to wreck this is to promise labour you have to do yourself. So the plans only contain things an agent can carry, and the hands-on work stays priced separately.

In the plans

Scales with agents

Hosting, backups, monitoring, content edits, Google Business posts, citations, schema, AI search setup, monthly reporting. All of it is either automatic or a short agent job.

Stays a la carte

Real hours, priced as such

Social media $249/mo, Google Ads management $249/mo, brand refresh $990, extra pages $350 each, AI photo set $250. These need a human and should never be bundled into a flat fee.

The one risk, and the guard

"Unlimited changes" is where a plan like this bleeds. The guard is wording, not a cap: one change at a time, done within a business day. That is a queue, so it self limits without ever sounding mean, and nobody has to count anything.

What it is worth

Same client count, very different month.

Realistic10 Live, 30 Looked after, 10 Found$5,95084 clients
Good year5 Live, 30 Looked after, 15 Found$6,96072 clients

Every one of these assumes the same builds you already do. The only change is that somebody gets asked.

Found while checking

Three add-on prices disagree with each other.

Live right now, on three different surfaces. The chatbot will quote one number while the page shows another, which is the sort of thing that quietly loses a sale.

If you say go

What I would build, in this order.

  1. The care plans page, three tiers, same shape as the build pricing. Its own page on the tradie site, linked from pricing and the footer.
  2. The post-preview email. The moment they have seen their site and love it, one email offering Looked after. This is the money step and it is a day's work.
  3. A plan question on the brief, so it is chosen at the point of sale rather than chased later.Live is preselected, so doing nothing still lands them on a plan.
  4. A page each for the a la carte add-ons, what it is, how it works, what it is for.Rewrite the five thin ones, fix the three prices, one source of truth.
  5. Existing clients stay put.Anyone on $49 stays on Live at $49. No awkward conversation, and Looked after gets offered next time they ask for a change, which is the natural moment.
